In compliance with the provisions of article 10, Law 34/2002, 11th July for the Information Society Services (L.S.S.I), the following General Information is reported:

The access to and/or use of the website of www.strow.es, attributes visitors the condition of user, wholly and unreservedly from that very moment, these General Conditions, as well as the Particular Conditions that, when applicable, complement, modify or replace the General Conditions with relation to certain services and content of the website.
II.- USE OF THE WEBSITE, ITS SERVICES AND CONTENTS
The user undertakes to use the website and its services and contents in accordance with current regulations, good faith, generally accepted uses and public order.

The website and its services shall be made available indefinitely.

VII. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
These general conditions are governed by the Spanish legislation.
FACHADAS DEL NORTE, S.L. and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction which could apply, submit themselves to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals corresponding to the address of the user for any questions which may arise or actions taken which derive from the providing of the website service and from its services and contents and regarding the interpretation, application, fulfilment or breach of what is laid out in these conditions.
Should the user reside outside Spain, FACHADAS DEL NORTE and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction which may apply, submit themselves to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Cerceda.
USE OF COOKIES
The website FACHADAS DEL NORTE, S.L. may use cookies when a user browses the sites and pages of the WEBSITE. The cookies used by the Website are solely associated with an anonymous USER and computer, and do not themselves provide the name and surname of the USER. Thanks to the cookies, it is possible to recognise registered USERS after they have registered for the first time without it being necessary for them to register every time they visit the site in order to enter areas of the site and services that are specifically reserved for them.
