1. WHO REPORTS
FACHADAS DEL NORTE, S.L., with CIF: ESB15454523 is responsible for the processing of personal data of our users. This data will be treated in accordance with the current privacy data regulations, or the Regulation (UE) 2016/679 of 27th April, 2016 (GDPR) relative to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing and free movement of this data.
FACHADAS DEL NORTE, S.L. agrees to comply with its obligation to protect data of personal nature and its duty to store it. For this reason, it will adopt the necessary measures to prevent its alteration, loss or processing or unauthorised access in accordance with the Regulation.

3. DATA PROCESSING
The operations, arrangements and technical procedures automated or non-automated which make possible the collection, storage, modification, transfer and other actions over personal data, are considered as personal data processing.
4. LEGITIMACY OF PROCESSING
The basis of the legitimacy of the Personal Data processing will be the resulting of the contractual relation or precontractual, employment relation or any other required for the processing of personal data, such as the express consent.
5. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
In the case of receiving communications by these means (emails, automated reply messages of forms, and other communication systems), we inform that the messages are intended exclusively for their addressee and may contain confidential information by a professional privilege. If you are not the intended recipient, you are notified that using, distributing, and/or copying without authorisation is prohibited under the current legislation.
In accordance with the provisions in the Law 34/2002, 11th July, for the Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce Services, and the Directive 2002/58/CE, we inform you that in the event of you not wishing to receive communications and information from us using the electronic communication system, you should notify us by e-mail, indicating “CANCEL COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS” in the subject line. In this manner, your personal data will be removed from our database. Your request will be activated within 10 days since the notification. In the event of not receiving a reply expressly on your behalf, we will understand that you accept and authorize our company to continue sending the aforementioned communications.
6. RESPONSIBLES FOR THE PROCESSING
According to the current legislation of Data Protection we inform you that the personal data you voluntarily provide us for any of our means of information gathering will be incorporated into automated or manual files, being FACHADAS DEL NORTE, S.L. responsible for the processing. The data will not be transferred to third parties unless a legal obligation exists.
In the same way, the company states and warrants the security levels to protect the personal data according the current legislation, and has established all the technical means in its reach to avoid lost, mis-use, alteration, access to unauthorized persons, theft of the data supplied by interested parties and its employees to observe the provisions, such as the obligation to keep the data subject of protection secret and any remaining confidentiality obligations.
7. DATA RETENTION
The data will be kept for as long the relation generated by the processing or during the necessary years to comply with the legal obligations. After the termination of the relationship that justifies the data processing, the data will be blocked in accordance with the regulations, after the legally established period they will be deleted (See the storage period for each purpose).
8. DATA COMMUNICATION
The data will not be transferred to third parties without notice unless a legal obligation exists.
9. DATA SUBJECTS’ RIGHTS
The data protection regulation confers on the owner of the personal data the following rights:
- Right to revoke any consent previously given.
- Right of access: Know the type of data is being processed and the features of the processing performed.
- Right of rectification: May request modification of inaccurate data or untrue.
- Right of portability: May obtain a copy in interoperable format of the data being processed.
- Right of limitation of processing in cases it is considered not necessary.
- Right of cancellation: Request cessation of data processing and its supressing when its presence is no longer required.

- This communication should include the following information: User name and surname, the request of application, address and supporting data.
- The exercise of the rights should be undertaken by the user. However, they may be undertaken by an authorised person as an authorised legal representative. In that case, the supporting documentation must be submitted as a representative of the applicant.
